Combine it with a 3D printer, and you can take an object, scan it, modify it and 3D print it, allowing you to literally shape your reality in minutes! The applications of this device are numerous, and these are just the first steps towards “blended reality”.

By reflecting light back to its source, this technology allows drivers to see what were known so far as “blind spots”. Other applications of the technology are in camouflage clothing, retroreflective gloves and even surgery.
